From sun salutations, standing poses to inversions and seated postures, there is no set series or postures; every flow class is unique. This class will both strengthen and create space within the body, ease your mind and leave you feeling grounded, yet energized.

Ashtanga Yoga is a system of Yoga popularized in modern times by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The name Ashtanga Yoga means “8 limbs” in Sanskrit. The practice is a dynamic method of sequenced postures linked with breath and concentration techniques that aim to give practical experience of the 8-limbed method. This is a physically challenging 90 minute class and is not recommended for beginners. An intermediate level of yoga practice is strongly encouraged.

This class is accessible to all people regardless of age, ability or prior experience to yoga. Move your body and clear your mind in this gentle and accessible approach to yoga.

Relax + Restore (yin yoga)
Yin is a very nourishing practice that targets the joints, tendons, ligaments, and fascia within the body. Postures are mainly done on the floor and held for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes), allowing a slow and safe opening into the deeper tissues of the body. This class uses less effort and more ease, less strength and more surrender to tap into inner stillness and spacious awareness. This class is wonderful for stress, anxiety and to counter balance the more active styles of yoga. Slow down, unwind and surrender into what is in this soft approach to the practice.

Rise & Shine
A slower paced beautiful Vinyasa Flow. The focus is on linking movement and breath with the purpose of quieting the mind to attain a balance in the mind and body. The classes are made up of sequenced poses (including variations for mixed levels), sun salutations, pranayama, meditation, and music.
Music Class For Kids
Music Together is an early childhood music and movement program for babies and kids and the grownups who love them.

Setting intentions and practicing gratitude, students move through balanced flow, with an emphasis on concentration and surrendering into the fire, in order to achieve a state of balance, let go of attachment to the ego, quiet the mind, and work towards Self-realization. This class will conclude with an final rest and a couple minute meditation.
Dynamic Hatha Yoga
Through this practice we are going to focus in two main aspects: Core and holding the asanas to go deeper on the practice but to access on these two aspects we will focus on the breath and finding relaxation and setting intentions in each movement and breath. Let's take an inner journey, let's open the heart and flow in a conscious way. This class includes the use of Back Mittras and other props.
