Transcending into Bliss: Yin Yoga and Meditation

Need some deep rest and rejuvenation? This 2 hour yin yoga and meditation will be the utmost nourishing for your body, mind and soul. 

Join Kristen Nicole for a juicy, restorative, hour and half of yin followed by a half hour guided meditation while in savasana.  

This class will allow us to move deeper within the body working into the fascia, ligaments, and tendons while connecting with our inner being. We will hold poses for 5-8 minutes allowing us to create space and soften into the body. We will challenge our minds to truly focus in on the breath creating stillness and inner peace. 

Once in savasana we will begin a guided meditation using imagery allowing the body to release stress or tension leading us to dive deeper within, moving us towards a higher state of consciousness.  

Whether you have taken a yin class before or not either end or begin your week with this special workshop. 

You will leave feeling renewed and in a complete state of bliss.
