Veronica started her yoga journey 10 years ago. Inspired to lead a more stress-free life, she joined a meditation and Hatha yoga group. Vero was able to become more self-aware by discovering the physical practice.
In 2012, Veronica travelled to India to become a certified Yoga instructor. Having the opportunity to return to India in 2016, she practiced Ashtanga at KPJAYI and became certified in Ayurveda and Nutrition. She also attended a meditation retreat at the Ashram of Sri Ramana Maharashi in the Mountains of Arunachala.
Veronica’s classes focus on alignment, breathing, finding nimindful ways of movement and allowing proper flow of energy all while building strength and flexibility. Yoga has changed her life. She is grateful to be able to share her practice and help others discover the benefits of one’s body, mind and spirit.
